The 分类 and 补偿 Division of the 人力资源 Department  gathers job information, collects market compensation data and develops and recommends classification plans and pay programs to District administration. 符合本地的, 州和联邦法律, this division develops and updates classification specifications and communicates compensation setting objectives and goals following generally recognized and accepted best practices.

Total 补偿 Statements

每年春天, 人力资源 publishes and posts an Annual Total 补偿 Statement to each employee's self service (ESS) portal. Email notification of the statements' availability is sent. This statement contains a summary of your compensation and benefits information for the previous calendar year. 一定要注意哦!
