Allyson Copacino is a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher at Ida B. 井 High School. Copacino attended University of Oregon and got her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Theatre Arts. She proceeded to go to Concordia University to get her teaching license in Elementary Education. 大学毕业后, she was a substitute teacher and started an after-school program called MoveYoga that taught elementary and middle schoolers all around the Portland area the fundamentals of yoga. In her free time, Copacino likes to ski, run, garden, and cook. This is her eighth year teaching at Ida B. 井.
